RJ I've only just noticed your video, this also happened to me, a bloke on TikTok was gaining millions of views from my videos. You can use a template form if you don't want to go through TikTok, I delivered mine directly to their London registered office, filmed it and posted it on KZbin to embarrass TikTok and create awareness. I also put my Solicitor on standby whilst I gave TiKTok a time limit to take action as I was holding them responsible for removing the stolen content. The day before they were due to incur legal expenses they took the content down. It took nearly a month. TikTok are still in the process of opening their London HQ in Smithfield but their registered office is still on London Wall. If this happens again to me I will immediately set my solicitors on to TikTok and not waste any time using their own broken reporting system. It's the only time TiKTok seem to take notice, although they did seem to really dislike me bypassing their security and standing in their registered offices, got their attention though. 😂 Perhaps the worst thing about this is the content thieves often claim to be bikers themselves, but IMO they are no better than the bike thieves , and any followers they gain are collaborators.

@@chengzhang6264 It's impossible to compare it. On tiktok his intellectual property is being exploited and they refused to act by therms of service. So they broke the law they claim to obey. Same with each and every single Chinese gaming company, their customers service and ToS are present only on paper. They don't respect any international laws when it comes to gambling in games either. So if your kid happens to play a game and wants to get a certain game content which is obtained only via real money they make it so you basically gamble and pay more. And those games are being marketed to continents amd countries clearly forbidding those action, yet they don't care cause they are under protection of Chinese government. On the other side BBC is a public media house and does what each and every one in the world does. It isnt exploiting private property, stealing amd cheating from people.

Worst thing is, to report the account for pretending to be someone, you have to enter the account of the real person. How does that make any sense... TikTok need to look into this asap. The owner of these pages is not only pretending to be you, but also making large amounts of money using your identity. Regardless of 'tiktok ToS' identity theft is illegal in the country that RJ lives in, and profiting off of someone else's name and content is frowned upon.

tried reporting accounts as 'pretending to be someone', but since you dont have an account it wouldn't let me submit a report that way. I just had to report the account with 'other'. Although, they do mention - for intellectual property infringement - you have to fill out 2 different forms, one for copyright infringement and one for trademark infringement. if you really wanted to try that, i hope it works

It's not just KZbin - I saw it on a dating site only last week. (FaceBook Dating) A 'user' contacted me saying hello. Little did they know but they'd skimmed a real profile of a person I know, a person who is now dead. It sickened me. They're scammers and also bots of some type. Website owners refuse to take these scam accounts down. The problem is growing.

Worse, *we* cannot report this account for "impersonating a celebrity" because the celebrity must have a TikTok for you to be able to report the fake account! We cannot report them for stealing someone else's IP, only the IP owner can do that (and apparently they solve THAT by deleting the account of the IP owner!) And you cannot message TikTok directly because TikTok won't "follow" you back so you cannot DM them.

No this is important and needs talk more about this kinda crime when it's happen all the time. But I guess these types of people who commit this type of crime, are the types who create a fake life. Because they know they do not have that life in reality, riding a motorcycle or anything. Jealousy is a serious disorder in people, their focus is like just destroying for others. If someone borrows a video, for example from you on KZbin, KZbin has a rule where the person must put the original link in the description. With clear and distinct text plus an approval from you. But some people completely ignore it and think it's a green light. You have the right to go to court about this, people can always be found in the world. No one is invisible on the Internet.
