Hi Meg, hope you’re doing ok. Three years ago I was diagnosed with Atrial Fribulation never had heart problems in my life before this so it was a massive shock for me and like you to I take medication for anxiety also, I now take a blood thinner and a beatablocker tablets and it all seems to be under control so try and not worry as you’ll be ok if you look after yourself. Love watching your vlogs your dads and Shelley’s too xx

Atrial fribulations is quite common. I’ve been through it. A machine can kick start it to be regular again, my sister has a gadget implanted which deals with it or calls her into hosp.

I have an irregular heartbeat. I'm 64 and had it most of my life. I take medication and it controls it well. I'm sure you will be fine Meg just take things a little easy for a while as you adjust to it. Best wishes.
