The girl that dancing outside HDL cannot see inside but the patrons inside can see her. The girl can only see herself. That area outside HDL Marina Square is popular to people who likes to practice dancing. HDL even put a small sign telling “the performances outside is free, they cannot see you..” I was there the first time with my family and there were 2 girls dancing right in front of us, my nephews were laughing out loud.. they soon found out that we can see them, they were giggling while dancing, later they went to another corner to dance but right in front of the sauce counter. 😂
