Really respect her as both a person and an actor. She's very engaged, she has a definite sense of "I'm listening to you right now" - like she's very unwavering, which is highly respectful to the interviewer. I've done interviews before (not stuff like this, it's not my job but I work in media), and a lot of the time people will listen to you and answer questions but not maintain eye contact and direct posture. It shows something about her character.
