Cyril-Smith built the Rochdale Flats "Little-Venice"--I used to live in 105 Rainford,-a "Bed-Sit"-in 1973 it cost me 3pound a week !!--It had probs,-with "Subsidence"-& got taken over by Yobbo's-& druggies,-got demolished in 1992,-there was a B.B.C-show on Cyril & the Flats (on youtube)--yeah,-Big-Cyril-& Jimmy Saville,--"were well protected"-all those years ago !!
