I'm pretty sure the drummer is playing, and at the end of the video you hear a noise coming from the bass. I'm not sure about the keyboardist, but I've seen other videos where the guitarists' right hand doesn't match what you hear at all, so I'm guessing that yes, they do playback. EDIT: At second 0:37 you can see how the keyboardist mistakes the keyboard, but the melody still plays anyway. But after playing the correct keyboard, you can hear that the melody sounds slightly different. My guess is that she actually plays (at least that part) but there is also a backing track playing behind it. I don't know how common this practice is on keyboards.
