Thank you for these video. 💕 listening here.. my partner who now my X partner we had problems that has to do with these cheating thing.. and it was hard for me to act the same way. I become toxic as he described it and he don't understand so now we ended itz. We have talked about taking parterpy.. but it never happened cause we waited when we can have money for it. But now we cannot even do ot anymore. We had said things to hate each-other and now in no contact... i am trying to move on. While still trying to find answers and worried for him still.. cause he don't understand, he said it was not cheat that he want the therapist to explain to me better instead... so i kept wondering if it is my mistake that we ended or now idk. But these video made me reflect and cry a bit. I feel validated at least that my feelings and reaction was normal. 😢 i love him though. And i wished he understood what he did and how it affected me deep inside...
