I am a child of the 60s. Grew up loving folk music and the ballads. Moved on to the ballads of country music. From Linda Rhonstadt and Judith Durham to Pam Tillis and the ballladiers of early country. Boy this brings back wonderful memories. Thanks

Saw Pam Tillis live in concert about ten yers ago, Brilliant show and her interaction with the audience was so natural, so unforced and unscripted. She took the time to meet the audience at the lobby after the show and signing autographs, posing for pictures or even just a short chat was no problem for her. She may be getting on a bit, but that voice is still there. I'd pay to see her any time.

Written by the very talented singer-songwriter Jackie Deshannon in 1963. Didn't break through until re-released the following year. Covered by numerous artists/bands since.
