TILLOTSON 212 GOVERNOR DELETE + Billet Rod/Flywheel (CT200u-EX Build Series Ep. 4)

Today we completely remove the internal governor and install a arc billet connecting rod and flywheel and see how much faster the bike gets!

All that is is gearing and the early belt shift. I use a yellow spring in the driven and 9/60 gearing to take care of that. The stock driver works fine. The Juggernaut is a good option and you should be able to keep the same gearing.

I took a governor out once, I hated doing it so much that I am putting a Ducar in my new bike Haha.

it’s not too bad if you’re replacing the flywheel and rod too, then it’s just two extra steps

For the governor gear, I just take all of the hardware off and reuse the shaft being that it was originally there.

Need a cam, bigger springs, upgraded mukuni styled carb and bigger sprocket, the jugg doesnt help untill your push 6000-8000plus rpm You also going to the arc flywheel has advanced your timing like 27 degrees so until you get cam and springs it's holding you back

How are you liking the tillotson vs the predator? I just bought a Predator 420 for my Coleman B200 came from TikTok btw!

thanks for showing up! yeah honestly i like my predator but the tillotson blows it away in my opinion. the reinforced block, the quality of the parts, and just out the box it’s more powerful than the predator 212. definitely have more in store for the tilly tho!

@@nszabadosI am big on making the bottom end as tough as possible so IMO you made the right choice there. I don't dislike Predators really, for the price and the fact that almost everyone has a HF near them they can't be beat for what they are. But if one wants to build something I would always reccommend one of the better blocks to start with.
