Wow! The quality on those Tillotson builds is awesome! Makes the Predator look like it came from Harbor Freight LOL! Cool build dude. You are going to have some fun with this build!

Yep. The 224 Predator is made by Ducar, just like the Tillotson so it’s not too bad. The 212 non-hemi isn’t though and it’s definitely lower quality. I’ll always build a Tilly, Ducar, Wildcat or genuine Honda.

I got that Ducar cacklin haha. Thanks for taking the time to try and help me, I just kept trying again with the lash and after 3 attempts it worked out. Needs to be tuned better, and the entire setup dialed in for me but the majority of the work is done and I can ride the bike.

What kind of power would you estimate roughly it’s making now with the cam mod and carb mod you done

@@mr03mach12 I’m not sure , out of the box they say 16 to 17 HP , but I can tell you this thing is a rocket , make sure to catch the next video , when I send it at the track .

Clearances may look good but under higher rpm they may come in contact, be sure it all has enough clearance space

I don’t think I’ve ever installed an engine as-is out of the box. I always do something to them. At this point I’m just buying a block, crank, head, etc and building them that way.

BRAH. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT FAWKING SIZE CARB I NEED FOR THIS 10 HP HONDA ES 3500 1979 ENGINE.. IVE USED 3 DIFF CARBS.AND IT WON'T RUN. IT RAN BEFORE I UNHOOKED IT FROM THE GENERATOR. ...AND NOW IT WON'T STAY RUNNING. PLEASE HELP IM USING A 22 MM CARB FROM A SUZUKI AND MY FUEL PUMP WAS BAD BUT I DONT NEED IT. .

I would try and vat the carb , make sure the carb jets are good and clean , new fuel and give that a tray , check the spark plug also , hope this will help

Should have took a little off the block that rod is very close to the block . I would pull it back off and check the slinger where it’s closest and that needs to be clearance you did not allow for flex and expansion.

@@BustedKnucklesBuildsTexas yeah I got a rpq non hemi 212 they bored 72 mm. With 310 cam it's not a stroker but it's at top deck. Has 1.1 champions. 26mm gps roundsllide carb. 36lb single springs 28 intake valve 25 exhaust an man it has so much torque it's on a doodlebug straight chain 10 clutch 42 sprocket. Hit 69 on it an I weigh around 189lbs 14 inch sunf tires.

You should have got your rod at eccarburetors they know more about Tillotson than gopowersports and they are cheaper and damn sure better. And that motor has a rev limiter on the coil so put a predator coil on it so it does 9000rpm and not 6or 7. Remember eccarburetors Specializes in Tillotson go power is over priced. Ec has super fast shipping too. That rod you took out probably would have been fine too cuz it's not a normal stock rod so don't throw it out. By the way I have this motor too
