I believe it's Cinder Block (born Cindy Morgan) who was the Tilt singer from 1992 to 2001 but I am not 100% sure although who else would it be? She was married to the Tilt guitarist Jeffrey Bischoff. Her voice, is strikingly beautiful on this mesmerising track. I HAVE To listen to it daily and have been doing so for 2 years. It transports me to a parallel sphere of tranquillity and inner spiritual calm 🕊️🙏💞☮️❤️ LOVE IT! ❤️❤️😍❤️❤️
