I knew you had that but hadn't seen how it works. So smooth. The way my car is running these days you never know when you might get a call! My uncle is a towie but unreliable at the best of times!

My car doesn't have any front tiedown points either. One of the previous owners drove over a curb or something, and bent the tow hooks at >90 degree angles. They're 1" thick steel.

Alex you have to love the usefullness of the right tools, that was a breeze :-)) Im dissapointed, i expected a monster crane to pick the car up and slap it on the old truck like an unwanted crate of english piss warm larger, ha ha :-)) just leg pulling as norm :-)) I must be daft, but im allways impressed by the power of hydralics, fluid gearing/force. The winch must be bloody good to pull that heap up a slope, i dont beleive the car would have been able to on its own.

I honestly have no idea how they managed that without causing front subframe damage. I pulled all the plastic cladding off of the underside just to make sure they didn't.
