I have never been in the hurricane simulator, but I was in the "1905 San Francisco earthquake" simulator, at Pier 39, exactly one week to the minute before the Loma Prieta quake in 1989. Which means that a group of people were on the ride during the actual quake. Imagine, stepping out of the ride and looking around...wow! I remember the Bay Bridge World Series pregame was on TV, I was on the couch reading my first subscription issue of "G. I. Joe: A Real American Hero", and the room starts rolling, things falling off shelves. I knew to stand in a doorway was the safest, but I chose one with French glass doors. After a bit it was over, and fortunately we were all OK, but we had a big crack in our front walkway. Prayers for all of those who are dealing with the aftermath of hurricane Harvey in Houston, and elsewhere.

@Lisa I went there for a versus challenge: Peanut Butter versus Jelly. Jelly team's got 5,890 tickets as Peanut Butter team's got 9,013 tickets! Peanut butter team and jelly team both made two victories so far.

I went there for the very first time last night. The reason is because it was a versus play: Peanut Butter versus Jelly. Jelly scored 5,890 tickets & Peanut Butter scored 9,013 tickets! Victories tallies: Peanut Butter 🥜 has two victories & jelly 🍒also has two victories.

Overall, yes you should check it out and play some great games. However, the games are way overpriced. most games are between 4 and 12 credits, and 1 credit is a quarter. So, ya Ms. Pac man is 5 credits... No way that will fly when every other arcade in town has the same game for a quarter. But Super GT and a few others are worth a play IMO.
