EkkelzNr1 if its a problem in all youtube videos and not just this particular one, i think the problem is probably your adobe flash player plugin. chrome has issues with it sometimes

just go to chrome://plugins/, in addobe section click on particulars or more or settings (idk how it is named in english) and disabled peperflashplayer (it should be first on your list, at least it was on my computer, and a gay who show me this), and thats it, you can restart your chrome ;)
