Tony, I think the mice come into the cab and then climb up the foam along the front windshield and go in the defrost vents and can’t get out. Put steel wool in the defrost vents when in storage and see if that works.

Message for Tim. Suggestion: undo one side of the towing cord on your water sledge and thread / push the cord through a 12 -15 inch length of blue water plastic pipe. (This means the cord does not dig into peoples hands when pulling a heavy load.) retie the cord in the leading edge of the sledge. Dan

Get some peppermint essential oil spray that in the cab before you park it fo the season. Mice and rats hate that smell put it on heavey. So what is the New tractor? getting that new big green one or the new big red one?

I built it. Mounts to the mirror mount and other side to the corner post mounting bar.

The mice are sneaking in under the seat, possibly searching for dropped crumbs of food? Whatever that's how they're getting in & in the darkness fall into the vents & get trapped, the plastic is too slippery for them to climb out, now starvation & a slow death awaits. Seal the expanding under seat cover with some good tape to the bottom of the seat frame & no more mice problems.

We don’t want to encourage them to come in. And if they come in and eat poison bait they would die anyway and we’d still have dead mouse smells in the cab

Tony and Tim, put bars of Irish Spring soap in the tractor cabs! Keeps the mice away!!! Smells better also.

I tried Irish spring soap, which didn't work for me! Of course, nothing has worked! This is after I found mice in my service pickup. I had put dryer sheet in the pickup first for winter storage.

Check the heater hoses coming into the cab underneath. The grommet comes out, and mice go in that way. Have dealt with this on our quads.

how much lead time do you have to wait for when ordering a new machine?.............. Tim, we use one of those long tapering nozzels they make for cleaning out your lint lines on your dryer, we have gotten mice you can't even see looking down the duct. This thing just sucks, (ha ha ) the little buggers out and takes their nests out too

i had mice in my quad track they came through the hole that you run wires into the cab through check there its on the right hand back side of the cab underneath i shoved steel wool in between all the wires like packed it in there haven't had any mice since

Lots of idle time for daily warm-up, hooking/unhooking equipment, loading seed and fertilizer, things like that. Maybe even the occasional “in a hurry to get home Saturday night, oops it’s still running Monday morning.” It does seem a little strange to idle half its life, though.

The Hydraulic motor seems to have a high bypass volume of oil to the case drain. While the motor will bypass oil normally the amount of oil (GPH QPM LPM) indicates wear of pump rotation group to pump housing Love the videos keep on keeping on
