im gonna have to be honest here.. im aussie and im an evertonian! when australia played englands full strength team it was only for 1 half, there was 11 subs made at half time! australia seem to always go well in friendlies. eg greece netherlands etc. but when it comes to competion eg asian cup we get our heads kicked in. anyway hope to see australia play england before the world cup for a friendly.

Cahill is a legend. Exactly the type of player you want in your squad loyal, always gives 110% and never gets into trouble of the pitch, a nice guy as well. Deserves to have won more trophies in his career but Everton fans will always remember him

The British have invented more things in active use than any other nation on earth, but to expect them to be the best at/with all these things is bizarre. In any case, the English ARE good at cricket. Very good. But it's actually played more in Australia, and they have more of an active sporting culture there.

@iownu666999 but rooney's was miles away and it was straight from the cross, no first touch.. that takes genuine skill (and a lot of luck it has to be said). im not trying to brag or anything, but i'm a pretty average football player and could probably have the technique to score the goal in this video. still, maybe i couldnt do it with thousands of fans screaming at me. great goal nonetheless but rooneys was clearly better.
