AILD is my favorite band. In fact, their music helped me through tough times. I am glad Tim shares about his beliefs. Nothing is easy in life. I ´met´ Jesus at my lowest point. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance, heck, even a 77th chance. I used to be judgemental like most people I see who are non believers. But the world needs more empathy and kindness. As a Christian metalhead, I get hate from both worlds (Christians who think music is evil, metalheads hating on beliefs). But we only know what brings us to the light, and what brings us darkness. I am grateful for many talented music artists out there, doing what they do with passion. Cheers from Germany :)

I don’t understand these comments. The man did what he did, which I’m sure he’ll even admit was as low as it gets. But to act like he can never come back from that is ridiculous. Branding everyone based on their lowest point in life is insane to me.

Lost all his credibility when he admitted to trying to kill his wife and has yet to give a reason of it being a misunderstanding since admitting full guilt was the terms of his sentence and release. Being sorry for trying to kill someone isn't forgivable

While I like the music, I have doubts he he went from being a Christian to an atheist and back to being a Christian. He is he did, it's whatever. I'm an atheist, so couldn't care less either way.

I don’t doubt it. I went from being a Christian, to no longer believing in god and being upset with god for years. To finding my way back to being a Christian. Ever since I became a Christian again, god has helped me to be 7 years sober and drug free. I was an opiate addict and alcoholic, for 12 years. I got two dui’s during that time also. It’s how been 13 years since my 2nd dui.
