Wonder if anyone noticed Lively on the defensive end. Ain't no scoring in the paint with Lively down there. Plus he's quick enough to cover on the perimeter too. Gobert and Kat ain't aggresive enough to dominate down low. If Wolves don't hit all those 3's, this woulda been a blow out....

Kat and gobert on offensive rebounds and box outs, plus my guy has high basketball IQ those pick n roll passes from Luka to lively to open corner threes man, that's tuff for a rookie. And he's not scared. Dlive is a baller man, we can witness the next two years that he will be turned into something of an all time great big man, a guy can protect the rim. Shoot threes guards the perimeter, he may have higher ceiling than wemby coz his body is built tuff unlike wemby that hasn't faced physical defense in Europe and NBA regular season. The Mavs weakness has been their suspect D. They’ve really worked at improving that. Huge gains.

Dear ESPN, please fire all reporters who put Jokic and SGA over Luka as MVP. They don't deserve to vote for NBA Awards anymore.

Prisoner of the moment. Luka is a great offensive player, but he's still developing his all-around game. Jokic was Joker this year, but even he took 6 or 7 years to reach the skill level we've seen the last three or four years. Luka needed a sidekick like Kyrie to reach his next level. Kyrie is the real difference in the Mavs this year, and he's taking some of the load off Luka, so they can both shine. Just like MJ needed Pippen, and LeBron needed Kyrie to get the Cavs their ring. Now let's see what the Wolves do in response...

But its the same thing with Jokic. Jokic was always a good and very smart defender, but everyone is so slow to give these guys credit that they're just recently admitting it. Now Luka, who has been playing good defense for a minute, will slowly start to get more people begrudgingly admitting that he is as well. Those guys are just way too smart with way too good anticipation and reflexes to not be at least pretty good defenders. The people who call them liabilities just don't know what they're watching.

Legler was talking about the Mavs being dangerous with how their stars are playing differently and the level of defense post trade before the playoffs started. Wolves inherit the Nuggets 🎯 and it’s hard not to feel like you won something big after beating the champs. Mavs got that advantage and now home court 😬

Luka was robbed of MVP this year. How can 33.4 ppg, 9rpg , 9apg not win it? Plus both Jokic and SGA eliminated in the 2nd round by lower seeds.

Tim, it's "coup de grace" not "coup de gras" 🤣 It means the mercy blow that puts a fallen soldier to death. The final -e means you should hear the "c", like a "ss" sound, not silent as in mardi gras.

Why wouldn't Time Legler be a candidate for a head coach? The way he carries himself, the way he speaks, his game/film break down are superb. He is far and away better than some talking heads who only talk about "dawgs". I think if he puts his head into it and was given reign, he'll become a good coach.

Ok so yes anthony edwards said " We came out flat today " but he also spoke more on that and clearly explained what he meant by it . Anthony - " We cane out flat today , We found our energy then went back to being flat " as reporters i shouldnt be the one pointing this out and being sarcastic and pusing this " We cane out flat " narrative as of thats all he said 🤷🏻‍♂️ .
