Season 1 first few episodes can't recall exactly but that's the one where Tim went to his wife's house and it seems like he took the drugs out so she wouldn't get into more trouble. Lucy was outside following him and told him not to help her because it's only going to hurt her in the end and he's not that type of person to break the rules.
