Timanfaya National Park and the Fire Mountains Lanzarote - Parque Nacional De Timanfaya

Join Terry & Sandra as we take you to Timanfaya National Park and the Fire Mountains in Lanzarote. After paying €24 entrance fee and waiting for almost an hour in a traffic queue we weren't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised when we found out that the ticket price included a bus tour around Timanfaya National Park and also included the Fire Mountains.
The Spanish call this place Parque Nacional De Timanfaya and have to say the place is like nowhere else on earth, the only thing you can compare the Lanzarote lava fields to is a Luna landscape with the vast areas of molten lava, not that we've been on the moon yet, perhaps a vlog to consider sometime in the future 🤔😉
Try the Timanfaya national park restaurant with some spectacular view of the vulcanos and lava fields.

Hi guys, we went there the first time we went to Lanzarote and loved it…..yes, very interesting, I loved the water pockets 👍🏽❣️ And loved watching the meat cook over the volcanic lava. We didn’t eat there.

Great video Terry and Sandra! That volcanic landscape fascinated me, it must have felt like you were on another planet. Are you only allowed to go so far in a car for safety reasons and then you’re transferred to a coach? 🌋

Yes Linz, you can only go so far in a car then a coach will take you on the excursion, not for the faint hearted 😉👍
