Stayed here in January 2000 for our 25th wedding anniversary it had only been open a couple of year's it was absolutely fantastic, we've been back another 17th times and it is still fantastic, we have actually have made friends with a lot of the staff and have seen 3 different hotel managers in come and go in our visits, we are members of the H10 club which is well worth joining as we've had plenty of benefits and upgrades, Nancy the pianist in the evenings in the reception bar was there in January 2000 and because it was our 25th we requested 'the way we were' by Barbara Streisand now every time we visit she plays that song for us, next year is our 50th anniversary hopefully she will play it again for us Happy holidays to all there future visitors

We’ve been coming to lanzarote every January for the last 25 years - Always stayed in a villa but this January we are celebrating and staying at this hotel - Disappointed to see that the pools are not heated as I do like to swim every day

We stayed in the Iberostar which is next door to the TP. It was awesome absolutely fantastic place

Oh, thanks for the tip! Is it reasonably priced? I've not stayed there and I'm always on the look out for a great hotel!

Yes it was reasonable. We stayed in the Star Prestige part of the hotel(adults only) but if you have young children there are great facilities for families too.

It's all a matter of personal choice, we prefer the Natura Palace as it's a lot smaller and Adults only.

Oh that's a lovely hotel! I had a wonderful time there. Such beautiful gardens too. And yes, smaller and quieter. Timanfaya Palace is adults only also. Actually it's a good reminder for me. I'd love to go back to Natura Palace.

Is there any way to get to the privilege area by the heated pool without having to use the steps as I have a disability. We are going in July.

Hi, Good question! You can access that area by going through the piano bar which is on the left of reception, then through a door near the small shop which takes you to a lift area. Don't take the lift, but take a corridor on your left which will take you past the front of the hotel and down to the heated pool. There is also a hoist into the pool if needed. As far as I remember there are no steps on that route. I hope you have a lovely stay! Best regards, Karen

The price will vary, so your best bet would be to go on the hotel's own website. It shows the different types of room and prices, including privilege. You can also upgrade to privilege once you arrive if they have availability e.g. if you've already booked. Let me know how you find the hotel if you go. :-)

Do you know what grade of room you were in? Was it Privilege? Some were being renovated when I was there.

@fancyreyes4962 , Good question! You can choose, they offer all inclusive, B&B, and Half Board. You can also book direct on their website and get a free bottle of Cava on arrival.....
