We’ve a plot in south wales, where we hope to build a timber frame or sip build. Say goodbye to those homes that cannot be knocked down. Faster cheaper and if well looked after, can last. But don't leave the brick and mortar yet. Wait till uts perfected and builders know how to build with timber frame. And pressure treatment and termites
