Wonder how does that 8/5/24 thousand point drop on NQ during Asian hours fits into that theory? Like really big moves often happen when you least expect them. Market can drop thousand points like that in "wrong" hours and consolidate inside that range for weeks. Can you share if you have any insights on how to anticipate moves like that and being positioned before hand? When its not during red folder news time.

I was pretty much in the exact same Trade, but a little earlier on the two minute timeframe, and I got wicked out of my position because my stop loss was too tight. Then it ran in my favor. I got frustrated and ended up trying to revenge Trade on the short side. Emotionally I’m not ready

I think that's very good that that happened to you and I'll explain why Small thing like that, getting wicked out before it runs to our TP only happens when we just start trading in a live environment. Those are the small lessons and experiences that we need to actually grow, which demo and backtesting will never prepare us for. (not financial advice) You learned an extremely valuable lesson and don't worry, the revenge trading is a normal reaction. I've also been there, but with time and actually learning from it it slowly won't happen again. The frustration is good because that tells me you actually want to learn from the situation instead of not giving a shit. You're making an insane amount of progress, believe me. This is very very good, keep it up!

Example our bias now is bearish, when news release it surges the price to our opposite direction (bullish) now, do we need to re-analyse whole thing? I'm so confused about news trading but I can't find answer on the internet. 2. I noticed you say the strategy sucks if it needs to only trade at certain time, but isn't it better for us to have certain trading window such as 2am-5am EST / 730-1030 EST to look for entry, rather than entering at anytime?
