From date on coins and condition of everything I would guess it was a plant. Something buried maybe 5+ years. The way he is so aggressively handling the machine and the coins then sprinting away with everything open. Possibly dropping stuff in the process like he had to rush out of the area because someone might see him when it’s the middle of winter in a secluded area surrounded by frozen water. What’s the rush?

Also a quick eBay search shows for that year 1961+ 200 piece lot of such mixed coins go for about $1-3 US dollars so no real value there.
