I am not entirely sure if 2 player Co-op is possible yet, as I don't know does System 23 support Linkplay yet. Regardless, you can switch whomst of the two playable characters you want to play as from the service menu of the machine.

What are you specs? I have 32GB ram and a 1070 and still having audio issues

They're listed in the description. System 23 emulation is quite CPU bound, so you need a good CPU for the audio issues to go away. I used to have them on my Ryzen 5 3600 before I upgraded to i7 - 13700K
