Cops and robbers with no conflict outside of that will do that. Gangs are too scared to actually take part in a larger conflict while at the same time civs are acting like nvl superman and not scared of any gang. Maybe X will wake up one of these days just to spice the city up again

RP is dying cause no one is rping, besides the usual couple who actually RP the rest of the WL server is just grinders now that are no better than a NPC, sad really. Go look at a clip, any clip from 2.0 is faaaaaar better RP than now with less menu functions and city aesthetics
