Franco I am the leader of a clan right now and I run it similarly to you. I only kick people when they miss attacks/become inactive. And we currently have 16 straight perfect wars with everyone at th15 or below. Basically I just tell my team to attack whoever they think they can 3 star, even if it’s a really low base. Meanwhile, our #2, 3, and 4 bases are mine, they clear out the top 6 every war to secure the perfect (currently have 13 wins and 3 ties on our streak). That way, nobody feels pressured to have to attack a strong base or fail an attack. I can help run a family clan if you want. I will not be buying a membership or anything but just putting it out there if you want a strong and fair coleader. Ofc, I would not run it the same way I run my own clan, but I would mold it to the clan you want it to be. Let me know ✌🏼
