Kaye would probably be called because she’s the one who found out that Lori had ordered wedding bands and stuff to get married to Chad on Charles’ banking account and other information to help the Idaho case so I think that it will help Charles’ case too. Larry wasn’t called before. Adam the judge will make you answer the question because when you swear to tell the truth you have to tell the truth. If you tell the truth that would be the worst thing for her. Because we know that she doesn’t tell the truth in a lot of interactions with the police. It came out in her trial she didn’t tell the police that Chad was her husband but her brothers friend.

Alex and Rex, you both are amazing! I've never known of any family victims in a horrible family murder case, Be as open , and answer questions. Most families don't want to be public. They think the murderers acts, reflect on them. It DOES NOT! It has been so helpful for your healing to talk about it. We have witnessed you both coming back to life and healing. You have also helped so many people process this tragedy. It is one of the most twisted, and evil cases in history. And your parents have lost so many children and now grandchildren. Lori was playing the part of a great Mom for a Facebook type life. As a mother who actually loves her boys, I cannot fathom the depth of her sociopathy towards her own flesh and blood. No Proper food or cooking. Bad nutrition. Their bedrooms were not put together with care, they looked like a crash pad. She takes off wherever and just leaves JJ and Tylee to the wind. Her bedroom was impeccable and arranged. Objectively, she is only interested in her own image as a Goddess because Chad said so. Take a close look at her daily life. Tylee, by the evidence, was buying fast food all the time to eat. JJ only got fast food every morning on the drive thru. No proper care of these kids except their hair.

The prosecution has the police videos of Charles telling police he is going to be killed by Lori, Charles asked Adam to be involved in an intervention. They have Zulema and Mel G saying Charles was being painted as a Zomby and mentioned in castings by Lori.

Adam, there’s a reason one sibling in a family moves as far away from family as possible and stays far enough away to make it an annual visit only. I was that sibling like you. I changed countries. Embarrassment by association is a real feeling, it comes with anger and disassociating from knowing what’s going on in the family helps us deal with the anger and the grief of it all. If you ask Lori a question in response to a question she asks you, she would probably object as "Nonresponsive". Judge would sustain that objection. If you keep doing it after that, the judge could find you in contempt. He would probably warn you first. But he or she could put you in jail if you don't follow his or her orders.

If you watch the way Lori was during her competency hearing Adam, you can tell that she is going to do a lot more than just sit quietly and let things unfold around her. She has a game plan and a stage complete with cameras to unfold it on. My heart breaks for her living victims, because she is going to cause as much harm as she possibly can with this. Competence is a low bar- you only need to know you’ve been charged, what day it is, who you are, who your lawyer is and what they’re there for etc Otherwise lots of murderers would have gotten away with murder. Simple having crazy beliefs doesn’t put someone in a psych ward- if it did, there would be more psych wards than churches and shopping centres. And Lori can read and learn and has the right to represent herself. But I’m sure that she’s doing it cos she doesn’t have much else to do- she loves being on tv- she wants to show what a clever legally blonde she is- plus will have power in the court room over Kay and others. I don’t think this decision is about her delusion- I think it’s her personality disorder and narcissistic need - once these cases are all over, she won’t be “important” anymore. This is her last hurrah.

The judge ruled that if she chooses to testify, she will not be allowed to go off on a narrative. She'll have to write out questions for herself. Her stand-by lawyers will read them and she will answer.

If he was the raging, irate husband that wanted them gone, I think Charles would’ve been the one interviewed when all said and done. You don't have to be mentally right to be competent to stand trial. Those are 2 totally different things, my dad is a long time psychologist and he works with prisoners and decides if they will stand trial or go to the mental hospital for evaluation.
