Pile 1: Reem, your readings are such a treat. I was always going to do this. As you noted in the reading. BUT, having your words of acknowledgement and encouragement make this trip smoother. I used to compete in triathlons. After hours in the water, on the bike, then finally on foot, as i neared the end i would get in my head. Which was natural. After all the body really wonders why on earth i would voluntarily endure this discomfort. So of course as i neared the end my body would signal through neuro chemicals, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
