As a character, i really dislike Time Havoc, because they honestly make zero fucking sense to me. As Time Havoc puts it, "I don't fucking understand." However, I have the deepest respects for the animator and animation of whom they are very clearly skilled. The sound effects and animation were top notch. If it were a contest of animation quality alone, I wouldn't hesitate to give my vote here.

『Castafiore』 Time Havoc is an evil version of the main character of Super Hero Clock. Time Havoc was created to be a duelist version of said character that doesn’t appear in the web series (well hasn’t shown up anyway). So for it to make sense you need to watch the web series, it’s on Jess The Dragoon’s channel. Pretty cool series but still early stages, also made by the person who animated this

Time havoc is unfortunately unfairly overpowered and fairly easy to beat. If you noticed, he never stopped time, only slowed it down. All a fighter would have to do to counter act that is move unnaturally fast, nullifying the time focus.

Nannex Runner Well... You're not wrong... The problem is that it has been stated that Reinz moves FASTER the Lightning and he was still too slow to move. Also at the end of the animation, you actually see lightning moving at a snail's pace. So not a lot of people can simply counteract the slow effect.

Time Havoc was powered by rice. That is the case USUALLY but the theme for this round was reaching unreachable heights and powers. But then again, Reinz was powered by rice as well... 🤔
