HI! I guess you forgot to add a scale factor on Load Case Data display, you should consider R factor and the file's unit. And also when you define Time history function you did not set the correct options: Values are: time and function values, and there's three points per line. (for these reason the register looked so strange)

Scale factor is assumed as per default section

In etabs, when defining the properties of rebars in slab rebar object data>rebar material>modify material>Design property data, there are options minimum and expected yield stress, why does etabs have these two different yield stresses, can you explain?
