If we are going to open hearts open minds open doors and against oppression stop treating local licensed pastors as less than elders. Elders might have gotten a 4-year degree but your local license comes with sometimes decades or real-world knowledge that was hard earned and often more valuable at understanding the average parishioner vs the over-educated fools without a lick of common sense. Face the facts Local pastors will outnumber elders and should have the same rights and privileges they do. stop the oppressions
