The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is an open-world action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios, and published by Bethesda Softworks and 2K. It is the fourth installment in the Elder Scrolls series, following 2002's The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and was released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360 in 2006, followed by PlayStation 3 in 2007. Taking place within the fictional province of Cyrodiil, the game's main story focuses on the player character's efforts to thwart a fanatical cult known as the Mythic Dawn that plans to open portal gates to a demonic realm known as Oblivion.The game continues the open-world tradition of its predecessors by allowing the player to travel anywhere in the game world at any time and to ignore or postpone the main storyline indefinitely. A perpetual objective for players is to improve their character's skills, which are numerical representations of certain abilities. Early in the game, seven skills are selected by the player as major skills for their character, with those remaining termed as minor skills.

0:34 This is NPC Jeelius. The Argonian prisoner that can be found in the Mythic Dawn dungeon. I remember saving him and guarding him while he was on his way back to the Imperial City. To be honest I guarded him myself till the mid way and I've been lazy enough to resume so I've used fast travel to find him again safe in the city.

Xyzgor, I need help with some commands. I need to bring Hirrus Clutumnus to Cyrodiil in order to take a good snapshot of him talking while the imperial city + wilderness is in the background. I know to bring npc to you, but he is waiting for me to meet him somewhere to trigger the quest. I've tried to use setStage command but failed as it accepts some stages (20, 40) but other no response. I need the stage where he says: This life is too painful... etc. Can you help me?

Sadly as far as I know that would require a script edit or two in the creation kit which I'm not too familiar with, because that dialogue is set to only trigger if he's next to the sewer grate. Only thing I can think of with commands is maybe try setting the quest stage to 15 where you decline him, but I'm pretty sure he just reverts back to the basic dialogue in that case.
