I love how whenever there's a big change in the painting, I go "No, you're ruining it" and then a minute later, I'm in awe.

I liked the part where the layer of black paint was laid down and then covered with a layer of green and it was used to catch the shadows of the trees and the intermittent blades of grass. The painter makes it look so easy and the end result is impressive. And of course, the time-lapse effect adds to it. Very interesting to watch.

As I watched the video it was just going on gradually and I could see it was coming along. But right when you added that green to the grass my mind was blown! and it looked utterly amazing.

I'm a musician and always was influenced to think, maths and English and science are the only subjects that make you 'talented'. But then a teacher told me that being skilled in languages, art or music are what really make you talented, because they're global. So there's some inspiration all you artists (and I don't just mean artists in drawing!) So glad Bubz brought me here :)

It actually looks as though he's using a pretty soft, round brush. When wet, the bristles come to a nice point. The softness allows him to modulate the width of the stroke as he goes.
