One think I noticed in this video that I also personally feel very strongly about is that transitioning between tasks also requires energy and effort, so avoid frequent transitions. He talks about this at 9:40 where he mentions how he had multiple things to do, but he did one thing per week, to avoid 10 daily transitions between different types of tasks. Also, the sleep after work part is highly relevant which is something I learnt the hard way. Even if I am not tired after work, I would still prefer to sleep for an hour or two because I wake up in a state where I am not thinking about work in the background, and I am able to focus extremely well on the task I plan to do after waking up.

Aapke comment ko like karne ka mann kar rha hai, par itna acha number hai workout ke liye ki dil nhi kar rha... 😂😂 But mazak se hatke... this is also important point, I think 2-3 km door ki shop pakadlo... aur daily udhar hi saman lene jaya karo... phir shop dheere dheere durr karte jao... walking is also one of the exercise.

The last point really hit hard...I started late and my placements are coming in next month. So what I did was I tried to to give lil time to everything that needs to be done and that completely goes down the hill. Just changed my style from this July. I wish you have made this video a bit early 😞 Trust me , even if you have less time just allot your time just like striver has told you and do not I repeat do not try to do everything in a day. Keep hustling 💪🏿

Hey how are your placements going on.....I am in 3rd year and I also have started DSA prev month only therefore I am bit anxious about it
@aps8874
@aps8874 3 жыл бұрын
@@arunabhkumar6501, don't be anxious at all. 3rd year is not late. Even I started from my third year though I made a lot of mistakes, major being doing everything simultaneously. Just choose one thing at a time complete it well and then allot time to the next thing. I would advise don't give so much time on projects, just wrap it in one month if you are not into development right now. And DSA plays the most important part in placements so focus more on that. Make it strong. PS: I am placed already ^^.

I am like 1st song then 2nd then 3rd and so on and in the end when 5-6 hrs are gone completely I feel so disturbed and disappointed. It is the only reason today why I am hanging at a package of only 7 lakhs... I am feeling so so soooo bad... From today I will also create this to-do list and do everything important that I keep postponing.... Thank you so much bhaiya 😊😊😊

According to a scientific research, sleeping 6-7 hours in a single stretch is better than in multiple stretches. Edit: Because there are 4-5 sleep stages like deep sleep, rem sleep, etc. The sleep cycle completes in 6-7 hours. Otherwise may be in 4-5 hours sleep, you don't hit rem phase, which is related to brain activity, learning and dream.
