Time is allocation. Catagorise your time 1. The work you're doing is really imp for me 2. Is it urgent? Eg : answering imp calls 3. Important but not urgent. Eg : reading books, exercise 4. Imp and urgent. Eg : assignment For 1 week carefully observe where your time goes. Understand where your time goes and then make a plan where to use your time. 2. Time is energy You have to give your maximum time where your energy remains Maximum. Eg : what you like the most + it's important. You need to try different things to find out this. 3. Time is money Time is the most important asset, choose wisely where to invest, eg reading a book, article, working on skills, etc.

Hey Ankur love the way you present things. I disagree to the Netflix example. We should be living balanced life. So it could be Netflix, sports, trip, dining out with friends.
