I put the malai in a tall steel container n use the hand blender Within 5 mins butter is ready U can add salt n use as butter Rest can be made into ghee Also boil the matta n you will get paneer

Very nice useful vedio. I make ghee as ur procedure only but few vedio s of others I saw where they directly churn the collected milk cream, they don’t add bit curd and keep overnight. Will it work in real?

No. Bcoz fridge mein rakhna hai. Garmi se ferment hota hai. This is traditional way of making ghee.
