I TRULY wish Americans would do what you do in your videos -- USE WEIGHT (metric) instead of VOLUME! Weighing ingredients is way more accurate than volume measurements and on top of that, many times with the tare you can use the same bowl to hold ingredients as you add new ones because you're monitoring the change in weight real time. So, less clean up! Very nice demo though!
