Eh. Time and space have meaning to you even without a body if you can observe the universe. You can observe things which are situated in space, and things which change through time. Your position _in_ time and space might have no meaning... except where it specifies your vantage point. When you have neither a body _nor_ a means of observing, then there is no substance left to form your thoughts from anyway, so in some sense "you" do not exist either. You cannot hear your inner monologue, having never heard a sound. You cannot visualize an idea, having never seen. You cannot conceive of a thing's shape, having never touched. For coherent consciousness to form, some initial input is needed.
