Sir, there is an alternate method (hardly 10sec) for you favorite question ( 2:07:00 ) Relative speed of Neetu w.r.t Manoj is 5km/h .It means we can assume Manoj is standing at initial position and neetu moved with speed of 5km for one hour = 5km. After 1hr Manju caught Manoj within no time and after 1 hour more ,Manju caught neetu so total distance by neetu 5+5= 10km. Now this 10 km Manju has to cover in 1hr .so she required relative speed of 10km/hr w.r.t neetu. Hence speed of Manju is 20+10 = 30km/hr
