Now I see why we have to "graduate" from Remix to Foundry. Makes timelock testing way easier, no reason to wait around with a stopwatch on Remix.

to avoid confusion, in the test file, I changed "startAt" to "deploymentTime"

It’s not recognizing vm.warp for me , any idea? It says vm is an invalid identifier

did your testing contract inherit Foundry's Test contract?
