Recognise the change in energy and that things can only go up from here. Be patient and a solution comes out of nowhere. 25:29 Sunday : exhaustion and tiredeness but you keep on going anyway, even tho you don't want to. Yes, we are all held down by some kind of invisible weight. I have a few pages of a written book. But, I suppose we all have a desire to where we'd like to be in life, with ourselves and our projects. I've recently gotten back to working out (with the help of pre-workout drinks). Sometimes we need the energy to start ...something. Then, the motivation builds as we do it. At least that's what I've found.

so what i discovered is the 15 minute solution - written 3 books - i time out 15 min. to write - it always works - and many times i'm writing for hours - but when i don't feel like i say 15 minutes - this includes exercise - learning new dance - oil painting - building home - maple tree farm - life is Like a puzzle without the cover - one little piece at a time -

A note about the music stuff, I used to do music and I lived in LA for about 18 years and I can just tell you it’s mostly about finding your audience. 11th house stuff. I am soooo sucking at an important aspect of my job right now, a job that I went back to school to qualify for and then fought to get, a job that I feel like is my vocation in life even though it's the hardest thing I've ever done, and I literally had a blubbery meltdown last night thinking that maybe I can't do this job after all!!! I’ve been using the learning to walk analogy for almost 6months…when a baby 1st learns to walk they keep falling down then they learn to balance standing then they take a step then fall down etc etc until they mange to become secure in all parts functioning as one to walk…welllllll that’s LIFE…nobody is going to save you sometimes we’re a little slower than others and sometimes we learn we need braces crutches but you never give up

This week has been peak shittiness. The landlord tore up my garden that I spent 4 years tenderly establishing to get at a backed up sewer line, my van is breaking down and I have to figure out how to wrangle $1000 from the Universe (here comes at least another half year of debt just as I was catching up), and all the evil players in the Middle East seem to have won (and none of my social circle seems to care). I just had to curl in a ball for a couple days, hug the cat and shed a few tears. But at the same time, is the reminder that evil players bank on people giving up. And it's totally understandable. But you cannot let your spirit be broken completely. You just have to feel your feels, recover for a bit, then pick up the pieces and move on. The Devil is playing hardball right now. I am watching so many people break. They have not been emotionally strong enough to stay clear headed or stick to their values. There is a major breakdown going on. Times like these, the only thing left to believe in is yourself and your values. You can't look to anyone else, until the dust settles and you see who held it together in the midst of it all. You're gonna have to navigate with your own truth for the duration. And I have told what friends are left reading my posts- you are the sovereign of yourself- time to be it! There is no time left for the luxury of self-doubt anymore. It's go time.
