I am so glad God has me on the right path now. I just came out of a 5-year relationship with a narcissist and the whole family. I don't think I need to say much more. It was not a fun experience. It is your response-ability.” For those who have genuinely had things happen beyond their control.... meaning you didn’t cause it but perhaps there’s still something to learn like listening to intuition, etc. Most things at least have some nuance that holds a treasure like that but some things don’t. The people who’ve harmed you can’t heal you. You’re the one, the only one, that has the response-ability to heal and grow from whatever terrible thing they did and there are often precious lessons too (that do not remove the culpability on the one who did harm(s). I’ve always loved linguistics but somehow, with how she communicates her message, it sinks in so well--that we need to have excellent internal communication as a priority ! This is powerful..........so one of the questions to quote" why are you doing the thing you are doing"? It is time to really look at who we are, who I am. Am I ok with who I am? Yes! I don't want to be plastic, fake, or "wearing a mask over my identity" which has nothing to do with a virus. What matters is relationships, love, joy, humility, appreciation. It is about giving, about staying on your feet through the inconvenience, and knowing what you give is so worth it!!! So important. In my life, I am responsible for my decisions. The risk I take, the things I don't get "right", the people that aren't happy about what I chose and that I don't have control of. I have to be me. I don't want to hurt, change, or walk over anyone or anything. There are times I'm a little frightened, for a minute. .....but then its time to step out. Its so time!!!! I feel good about caring, giving. Not being perfect. We all have an idea of success.
