I had a D5 c30 recently and the shaking youre feeling is almost certainly one of the driveshafts, when you lower these the gearbox side of the driveshafts pulls out of the casing slightly and kills shafts very fast

Sounds really well! I always regretted not getting the exhaust done on my old D5 😢. That was the newer twin turbo 215. Mapped to 256bhp. Went well for a grandad wagon 😂

Great engines d5's shame about the auto geartronic boxs failing regularly and aux belts wrapping up in cambelt and causing carnage. Also d5s are in everything heavy as. Id defo say its standard turbo, ive got gtb 2265 journal on a 1.9 and it produces no boost untill 2.5k rpm after that hell breaks loose 38psi stable. Batman smoke screens,very unstable and worryingly dangerous and pointless driving unless roads bone dry 😆🤡😷

Ill come see ya next yr if thats orite. Could do with some 76mm boost pipes making and mocking to a giant single pass. Turbo intake making, with a option dose pipe for when im feeling anti social (mafs off) and same with back box silly pipe that i can slip on or off instead of backbox when i wana hear some noise 😆 I had 57mm boost pipe blow off turbo last week whilst giving a new focus st 2.3 eco wnk a really hard time , i thougjt it was done
