Search up caloric deficit and eating below your caloric maintenance while doing cardio. You'll get there bro. I believe in you.

You’re young af bro, find a physically demanding sport that you like and just practice it often , you don’t gotta do all the math and calculations just not too much soda or sweets and work out more than you eat

The analogy of the 'mental garage' being cluttered really hit home for me. Clearing space in our minds is key to achieving discipline and success.

I’m 24. I’ve decided to snap back in to working out and following what I’ve always wanted to do. And thats to join special forces and become a PJ. Will take a while of training but I’m already a month in and 20 pounds down. I will get what I want. I’m tired of feeling loss. We only live once. And I want to save lives in this life time. God bless 🇺🇸✝️

I highly recommend David Goggins books. The audible books are life changing. Listen to them during your workouts. They are so inspiring.

Becoming a PJ...mine was a different route, but this is a path worthy of respect (for what little that matters). This career field is worth sacrificing comfort and common acceptance. You will make a difference on this journey.

In 2012, I completed a full marathon in Japan in exactly 5 hours. Thats not a fast time, but I wasn't a runner, only had a 13.1 under my belt, and did it in the pouring rain with no socks. I had Dave on repeat in my headphones for 5 hours str8. He is the realest !

Who was the speaker at 4:14 who said "My favorite quote of all time by TS Elliott: 'Those willing to risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.' I'd really like to hear more of him. Thanks!

The fact that a lot of this is “men should be stoic” sucks - I’m a woman raising a son ( who’s got a beloved husband) but I’m the breadwinner athlete & my son & I have a special connection. Talk to me about being stoic - us women need to hear it.
