Ndërsa u kthye në rrugën që kërkonte, Bill ngadalësoi dhë ndërsa u afrohej varrezave, këmbët e tij po dridheshin. “Përshëndëtje Mami, u ktheva përsëri. Si ke qënë?”- burri pyeti I turpëruar nga vetë zëri I tij. Sigurisht e dinte se nuk do të merrte përgjigje dhe këtë ia konfirmoj qetësia e varrezave. Bill e vizitonte mamanë cdo javë dhe roja e varrëzave e njihte atë shumë mirë. Zakonisht e përshëndete nga larg meqe I dukej e tepërt prezenca e tij. Bill ishte I pastreh por nuk abuzonte me alkolin dhe as nuk ishte pjesë e bandave të rrugës thjesht gjerat kishin marrë për keq në jetën e tij dhe nuk po ndalonin.
