I'd wish to be a shapeshifter, I've always wanted that. And maybe to be able to know anything and everything about people's bodies. I'd be like a super medic making tests redundant and saving lives, and also seem like I could read minds by being like "You should eat something. You should go to the loo." Also actual mindreading would be cool, but I'd want it to be optional. Like I could turn it off or block it on certain people, that kind of thing. And obviously world peace. I wouldn't want to illuminate disease as death is as necessary for life as life is for death, but it would be good to get rid of the ones that cause most suffering. Or the homeless would have homes, the depressed could feel better, the insecure more confident.
