you can see the musket ball holes in the pillars of the front doors of the westgate hotel in Newport after the Chartists stormed it also there is a cave near Trefil Tredegar which was used to store weapons before the march to Newport.

i've never understood why children in british schools are taught american history, while important moments like this are not... the only reason i know what i know of the chartist movement is because i live in the same town as zephaniah williams, one of the leaders of the newport rising and we have a monument to him here.

wow! Thank you for this beautiful introduction. I am learning some aspect of history. here I am. as I said, I'm learning and don't make an opinion. One thing of failure goes through the long long long history of Man - hear me out : it is wrong things to do is to come to someone's environment and instead of creating ones' own great deal; some , desided to destroy someone's idea. I never agree with that. Lets say here it is I created an idea and offer a good place for other to come and help my idea to flourish and prosper and would wrong things to do is resell against me ;) when; as I said I am learning. Thank you for this story and movie you are created!
