Honestly, I’d have taken that Public Speaking thing up with the school as a serious complaint. If they’re testing you on your Public Speaking skills, that’s a completely different thing to testing you on your Speechwriting skills. If anything, they should have given you the speeches to see what flair and skill you bring to them. It’s an oracy class, not a writing class. To fail it for plagiarising a speech is unfair and definitely complaint-worthy.

I plagiarized twice. Once I handed in a copy pasted like 30 page science report in middle school where only the first couple pages were written by me. Teacher knew it was sketch but couldn’t prove it at the time so I got away with it. Second time I just handed in a book report that I had written for another class a year or two prior, and my mother found out and told the teacher and THAT I got in trouble for. I failed a subject because I did "self plagiarism" seriously I filed a complaint to the school. At the time I didn't know it was illegal to use one assignment for two classes. Self plagiarism was never mentioned in the student handbook or was discussed during orientation. I won and ended up getting the lowest passing grade.

Same ways as an extrovert actually. I'm also introverted and don't mind public speaking, if I must. You just have to develop social/communication skills and develop confidence in yourself or a level of apathy in others opinions. Introversion doesn't mean that you have bad social skills, it just means that you prefer solitude or smaller groups to 'recharge' over parties and lots of social interaction. Granted, someone who is more introverted does have less drive or opportunity to develop social skills or overcome any social anxiety they might have. Edit: If I had to give one tip though, it would be, when talking to/in a group, only talk to a single person. The person can change while you speak, but act as if you're having a one-on-one conversation with them. It's a lot easier and a whole lot less draining that way.

Heres my tip: Copy and paste something onto your project. once you edit the text font and size, edit the text a little bit. e.g: Joyful --> Happy. then go onto Grammarly plagiarize thingy, and see if it can detect plagiarism. Im pretty sure thats how a lot of teachers find out you've been copyrighting, so edit the text until grammarly cant figure out its been plagiarized.
