@@nothanksthough I never understood the people who seriously think MInecraft needs to be more tedious cause it satisfies their ego. I'm genuinely imagining some 20 year old going "I REFUSE to sprint! I will WALK everywhere!" and adding 3 hours to his time because of that. Though I think Camman pulled a gasplug and spark at the same time as he mentioned sprinting and hunger at the same time, and HUNGER I remember being the source of a lot of fire because of how it slowed the game down and aside from passive healing (and stackable food) didn't really offer any benefit. Now we're used to it, but the saturation system still makes me gripe a bit, as well as zombie flesh being borderline useless (though niche) where as Feathers at least had a purpose, as little sense as it made.

You can get rid of them by just Right clicking the laying (you don't need to sleep you can just right clicking the bed and leave), staying under y62, having any block above your head, having cats, not being on the overworld, having a local difficult lower than 3

Never get what we asked for... It's been 15 years of some of us begging for them to make the game good. But each and every year they do nothing but disappoint. Wolves... FlowerChild got so mad they created the BetterThanWolves Mod. The Modders were tired of Mojangs shite excuses when it came to the world terrain, so they made a mod with hundreds of Biomes... and called it Biomes O'plenty. Someone was tired of how easy the game was, and made TerraFirmaCraft... a mod which inspired a lot of good Minecraft clones. Like VintageStory. Whatever Bullcrap that Mojang has added, the modders have outperformed them 20000 to 1. And when mojang began hiring Modders, nothing ever happened... Remember when SeargeDP made Mo'Creaturez... instead of sitting on his behind at Mojang drinking coffee for 8 hours twiddling his thumbs. I can go on and on, the only one person who did a difference to the game is gnembon who implemented some of his carpet mod features into the base game.

@@livedandletdie thing is it is easier to develop a mod compared to adding ideas in and programming it into the game. for modders, its most likely just one person or at the very most one small team of people. it's easier for ideas to get through these small teams compared to say a whole corporation. think about it, a modder can just implement an idea that they had on a random tuesday compared to say a dude working at mojang as he has to go through various teams to check whether it is a good idea or not. thats the sole reason notch was able to print out updates so often, he was working for himself and he can just decide to add beast boy into minecraft if he wants to

Glow squid can be more usable if they just put it on aquatic update then give them secret features such as: - It can really emit light - Glow ink can be crafted as potion of night vision so there is no need for blaze rods - Glow Squids can really give you blindness when you hit them

1) They fixed most of the false report security holes with it because of the overwhelming feedback. 2) They generally made it somewhat less powerful. 3) Everyone I personally know is still worried enough about it, so use mods for their client to prevent chat tracking and have reporting disabled on their servers.

It has a ton of knock-on effects that you might not think of immediately. Moving faster means the entire game is faster paced, old minecraft had a certain calm slow quality to it which was changed since. It also means you can simply run away from most danger easily, generally made the game a lot easier which has been a trend. Moving faster means you can explore faster which made the world "feel" smaller as well, which also eventually lead to the new generation of gigantic smooth mountains, instead of the sporadic small ones
